5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. ShopSphere is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable as described in our Return Policy.
